Please note that ALL arts & craft/mercantile vendors will be required to submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance once you have been approved to participate in this event on or before August 17, 2022.
All vendors will be required to submit evidence of General Liability insurance in an amount commensurate with the size and risks specific to the vendor’s activities along with their completed application. The minimum requirement for insurance is $ 1,000,000 Each Occurrence (Bodily Injury and Property Damage), $ 2,000,000 General Aggregate, $1,000,000 Product/Completed Operations Aggregate.
Please insure that the Certificate of Insurance-description of operations has language that reflects the following: “The City, along with their respective elected or appointed officials, officers’, agents, and employees should be named as additional insured for operations and product/completed operations on the liability policy which must be primary and non-contributory with respect to the additional insured. A waiver of subrogation in favor of the City of Atlantic City is also required.

Failure to include the above language in Certificate of Insurance may result in a rejected Arts and Craft/Dry Good vendor application.
